International Cabernet Sauvignon Day {header photo}

Kazakhstan: Constitution Day

The national dish of Kazakhstan is besbarmak, a filling meal of meat and noodles. Hearty soups, a fish dish called koktal and Kazakhstan’s famous horsemeat sausage, called kazy {pictured below}, are also common.
